Our investor’s values impact our daily decisions. We require that our investors have sufficient funds, typically $100K into deal-specific ventures. They receive monthly interest and principle payments that are amortized along with a generous equity-kicker. They participate in distributions and receive a multiplied payout when the investment sells.

Sometimes our sellers are looking for a synergistic partnership and other times they are individuals or boards looking to pass the reigns into extremely capable hands. We love to meet companies in all sectors, with leadership teams of any background. We understand your business has been your world and we look to your insight to taking it to a more global stage.
